What this site stores

A student signup stores your name, date of birth, father's name, address, mobile number, email, school, class, username, and a password hash on the academy server. A coach record stores achievement, medal, rating if given, teaching experience, and bio. An academy record stores the business name, address, phone, email, year established, registration number if given, and bio. No confirmation email is sent, because email delivery is not configured.

Course completion, exercise attempts, and the on-device game list stay in this browser. They are not copied to the account. A signed-in diagnostic can be stored on that account.

A contact request is stored on the server. It is not emailed. Certificate records store the name, achievement, and the PDF that was issued. Verification shows that record. It does not show a password.

This page describes the current product. It is not a claim that a separate privacy programme, payment processor, or mailing list is running.
